Important Auction Information
Auction starts: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 @ 2:00 pm
Auction ends: Thursday, March 28, 2024 @ 4:00 pm
Offers will be accepted via email at the following email address: auction@townofpalisade.org
High offers will be contacted no later than: Monday, April 1, 2024 @ 4:00 pm
Removal of items purchased must be done no later than: Friday, April 5, 2024 @ 4:00 pm
Things to Remember
- When making an offer, please make sure to specify which item(s) you are bidding on
- Please make sure to include your name and phone number in your email for contact purposes
- Once an offer has been accepted, it will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove the item(s) from Town property
- Payment for purchased items can be made at Town Hall – 175 E 3rd Street, Palisade
- A current title, bill of sale, and receipt will be provided at the time of payment for titled/registered vehicles
- A bill of sale and/or receipt will be provided for non-titled items
CONCERNING PALLET AUCTION ITEMS:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Palleted items will not be separated under any circumstances
- All items on a pallet are included as part of the purchase by the person or entity submitting an offer
- All submitted offers will be considered binding
- All sales are final
