The Town of Palisade has researched and analyzed the following vehicles and/or equipment and found that they are: no longer running/operating; have surpassed safety requirements; and/or the value does not warrant repairs to return it to running/operating condition.
Sales of any and all vehicles/equipment by the Town are "as is". No warranty is implied, and any known or unknown defects shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
