13-10-104 Municipal court created – jurisdiction. The municipal governing body of each city or town shall create a municipal court to hear and try all alleged violations of ordinance provisions of such city or town.

Palisade Municipal Court is held on the third Tuesday of every month. Adults are typically scheduled at 1:00 pm, Juveniles at 2:00 pm, and Trials at 3:30 pm.

In accordance with Colorado House Bill 23-1182, any member of the public may observe criminal court proceedings by clicking the Zoom link below.

If you are scheduled for a hearing today, you can appear:

In Person: at 341 W 7th Street, Palisade, CO  81526 (The Courtroom is in the Palisade Fire Station)

The Town Prosecutor will contact as many people as he can before your hearing date to discuss your case. The purpose of this phone call is to discover if there is a possibility to reach an agreement and take care of your case outside of the courtroom.
