Board of Trustees
The Town of Palisade is represented by a seven-member Board of Trustees who are elected for four-year terms, with a limit of two consecutive terms. The trustees are responsible for setting town policy and creating and amending a balanced annual town budget.

Greg Mikolai
Elected in 2020, and re-elected in 2024, Greg is serving his second four-year term as Mayor of Palisade.

Jamie Somerville
Elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022, Jamie is serving his second four-year term as a Trustee.

Ed Seymour
Ed Seymour was appointed by the Board of Trustees and sworn into office in January 2026. He will be on the Palisade Board of Trustees until the conclusion of the April 2026 Regular Municipal Election.
Trustee Seymour has completed all required steps to run for election in the April 7, 2026, election.
